• Corporate recruitment and hiring support for employer partners
• Job fair, webinar, and workshop organization for career development
• Communication delivery services through email, SMS, WhatsApp, OBD, Google RCS, and other digital channels in partnership with My Inbox Media

Dream India acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any employment agreement between you and any employer. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your interactions with employers or your employment relationship.

8 No Guarantee of Employment

Dream India provides career services and job matching assistance only. We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant that:

• You will receive any job offer or employment opportunity as a result of using our services
• Your inquiry will result in a successful job placement
• Any specific job listed on our platform will be available or suitable for you
• Our services will lead to any particular career outcome or salary level

Our role is limited to facilitating connections between job seekers and employers. The final hiring decision rests entirely with the employer. Dream India shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure to secure employment through our platform or services.

9 Fees and Payments

Our core services for job seekers, including inquiry submission, job matching, and career guidance, are provided free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise. For employer services, premium candidate services, or any specialized offerings, applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before any payment is required.

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Any applicable fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the relevant service
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with prior notice to affected users
• Dream India is not responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges that may apply

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream India, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Loss or damage resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Loss or damage resulting from any interruption or cessation of our services
• Loss or damage arising from any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our content or job listings
• Loss or damage resulting from any actions or inactions of employers, other users, or third parties
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on any career advice, salary information, or job descriptions provided through our platform
• Any damages arising from fraudulent job listings or fraudulent employers, despite our verification efforts

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the amount you have paid to Dream India in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees), whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream India, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our Website and services
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or false information you provide
• Any dispute between you and any employer or other user of our platform
